Hotel Gerlosplatte
The house was newly built in 2020 and is located at an altitude of 1,700 m on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol, in the Zillertal Arena ski area and in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
The cozy rooms offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Two panoramic saunas, a cozy fireplace lounge and numerous hammocks invite you to relax.
For leisure activities, there are table tennis tables, table football, air hockey, billiards, dartboards, as well as a gym, several trampolines, a soccer hall and a pump track.

Location: The Gerlosplatte guest house is located at an altitude of 1,700 m in the village of Hochkrimml, directly in the Zillertal Arena ski area. The Duxer and Filzstein lifts are just a few steps away. A ski rental shop and several restaurants are within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket is in Königsleiten, 5 km away.
Rooms: All rooms are equipped with modern bathrooms (shower/toilet).
Sauna: Two sauna areas with large glass fronts offer a wonderful view of the mountains. After the sauna, you can cool off on the roof terrace and relax in the relaxation rooms.
Lounge: Cozy fireplace lounge on the roof with a fantastic view, parlor on the ground floor.

Zillertal Arena ski area
In winter, the Zillertal Arena ski area is right on the doorstep . Our heated ski cellar is only 250 meters from the 4-seater Duxeralmbahn chairlift and the Duxerlift drag lift. If the roads are covered in snow, you can ski back to the ski cellar. With 147 kilometers of slopes (11 km black, 87 km red, 46 km blue, 3 km ski route), the Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal.
Thanks to the altitude of up to 2500 meters and numerous snow-making systems, snow is guaranteed until Easter. Look forward to deep snow runs, racing and movie tracks, three fun parks and one of the longest valley runs in Austria with 1,930 meters of altitude in one go. The entrance to the Hochkrimml high-altitude cross-country ski run is right next to the house, and there is an 800 meter long toboggan run at the nearby Filzsteinalm.
